825 Ocean, copy your message. Sending you the check welfare, 4548 West Osborne Road. A male caller had passed by the 20 at 1504 and saw a hound dog tied up in the middle of the backyard. Said that the dog was visible. They called Humane Society but says Humane Society could not go out and check on the dog today, but they're very concerned about its welfare. It is 1737.
