Somebody is casing/watching, because that house just sold to new owners in July. Suspects might even be previous occupants (who openly did meth outside - literally right next to the driveway to an elementary school, but PD did nothing about it). It seemed the house was a bank repo. It finally went to auction in last few months (I know all this because we live nearby & considered buying this property).
