1 Adam 22, that's clear. It's a code 2 criminal mission in progress, CIT, 1501 Hyde Park Boulevard. It's a Black male, late 20s, early 30s, 6 foot. They said he's messing with the electric breakers. I did a call back. They said he's just turning on and off the breaker, just turning the power on and off at the complex. They're also messing with the water faucets that are going on and off as well.
