I don't know. It is. It's a straight steal. Out of Chicago, it looks like it was stolen from the 19th District. Wow, on the 24th of June. It's been stolen for a while. They've done good with that stolen livery plate on there.

12-14. 14. Can you check for a possible stolen auto at 1835 West on Race, please? 1835 West Race. Anonymous states there was a Lincoln Navigator, black Lincoln Navigator left behind. They saw two males with hoodies park the truck and take off in another car. The plate is coming back stolen, so when you get there, if you get the van, let us know so we can run it.
