1-2-3. 1-2-3. 1-2-3, got a deceptive practice in progress for you. 8th and State, State and 8th, three male Blacks and a female Black toll are scamming people. They tried to take her phone. Caller does not want to report and is leaving, just wants the police to stop them. No further.
