So the police do nothing and a concerned citizen helped the guy who was in a wheelchair out of the road. LAPD drives off. SMH
Thank you. The man in the wheelchair was already helped to the sidewalk when I got there.
Weird, I was only one taking video and then it stopped and said the video was blocked for some reason. Nothing going on unusual here though. Strange that they blocked it for some reason. I was just reporting on what I saw and walking on the sidewalk.
