242 Woodrow Street, 242 Woodrow. It was an illegal dumping. Our time delay right now was a Black male with a beige shirt, black pants, Black female with a multicolored floral shirt. They pulled up in a black Cadillac, dumped an AC unit and trash into an abandoned house. I don't know if they're still in location.
