604, debris. Go ahead. 5300 South I-15 northbound, prior to the exit, there's a black trash bag and a gas can in the second from the right lane. Vehicle that lost it is a black Chevy Silverado. We do have the plate. They did not pull over but exited at 53rd. 46 southbound. 10-4.
