Station 4, I have to respond for a medical at the Hilton Garden, 26000 American Drive. It's going to be in room 617. Patient's going to be a female in her 50s who fell, had a brain bleed about four days ago, was released from the hospital. She is now complaining of a headache, would like to be checked out.
