Metal Creek 51 and 55, we checked the area on a disorderly. 51, go for both. Responding to the Spring Creek Health Care Center, 4600 South Highland Drive. Stating approximately five minutes ago, there was a male that came in and started acting erratic. He is not a resident. Believes that he left via 30 to 35-year-old white male, 6'2", slim-build, wearing a yellow Green Bay Packers baseball hat, a gray shirt, unknown color shorts.
