125 Longhill Road at the Hilltop Apartments. Received several non-emergency calls in regards to a short white male party in a blue vest, navy pants, and sneakers, walking around claiming to be PSE&G. The caller said that he's asking suspicious questions, and when asked for his credentials, he refused to provide them and then got seemingly aggressive. They're possibly parked in a black van at the end of the street.
