109 East Noble. 109 East Noble, cross of Sackett and Tremont. Matthew called in, and he's having a breakup with his girlfriend, Kylie Allen. He recently was given full custody of the two daughters from Lucas County, and she just took off with them in a silver Dodge Grand Caravan. Said she was going to the park. He doesn't believe her. She turned off her location.
