Can you make a way to Bloomfield Avenue and Washington Street? It's going to be in the area where the train station is and Food Town. We got a call stating that there's a Hispanic male, about 300 pounds, in a gray shirt and gray pants, brown backwards hat. He's going around shaking cars and bothering women on the street.
