094. 043. Park Rose Care Center, 3919 South 19th Street. It's cross reference to an earlier report of assault that was cleared, SOA. There was actually no assault. The RP is the employee and the alleged victim, Vanessa Goldsmith, are both requesting contact in person to speak to the person who struck the wheelchair Vanessa was in and just tell them they can't do that anymore.
