We have the manager calling in saying there's a couple of people working on a couple of vehicles inside one of the garages that she doesn't believe belongs there. The red older Chevy Cobalt, no plate. The RP could hear multiple voices but only saw one Hispanic male, 36, with a medium build. Unknown description. Further for handle.
