White male, 50s, no shirt, black pants, he's walking down the sidewalk carrying a machete and acting erratic. Unknown drugs or drinking, he's not being aggressive, he's walking eastbound, again, Fort and North 16th Street. Caller, Harrison, would like to be seen. 744.
