3403, any unit to assist, in progress at Petsmart in the parking lot. 3409 Erie Boulevard, east center to, no one to meet with, but reports of a 15 to 20-year-old Alaskan male harassing customers, asking for rides. Appears that he has a knife in his backpack, I can see a handle. He has a tan jacket, backpack, and has black hair. He was last seen walking towards Marshall's.
