7 David, it's going to be the 647, 28th Street and Thomas, just west. You're looking for a white male, 50 to 60s, thin-build, gray baseball cap, tan shorts, appears very verbally aggressive, yelling profanities at passerbys in traffic. Locking one in East 7 and Tom are on the north side of the street. Nobody for contact, it's 1210, unit to follow.
