South 82, information on a reckless vehicle, South Franklin Road and Mutual Place, in between a SUV swerving and almost ran off the road. That vehicle is last seen westbound on Mutual Place. Caller added no further, did not follow. Caller's CAD 1215 at 1427. 111. At 1428, Black male, gray shirt, green and blue pants, refusing to leave, threatening caller at Claypool Court. Black units are 10-23. 28.
