Go ahead. Lincoln Park, 801 South 37th Street. Just north of the playground in the grass. The male selling puppies possibly has, also has mental health issues and been thrown several times. Not allowed to do that on park property. It's a white male, 30s, thin-build, brown hair, dark gray shirt. Also associated with a white Volvo SUV parked on the South Thompson side.
