North Part 1, William 11. 1065, a 13 person. William 11. 51 to the public, 12165 Mercado. Caller is an employee. Said there was a male that was sleeping in the upstairs lounge area. While they were gathering the information, the male woke up as a cop with a fan to leave. He's an older black male, possibly experiencing homelessness.
