At the Meijer, 36, 865, 26 my mile. Caller's just a passerby. She said there was a white male with a baseball cap, light-colored t-shirt and jeans, was in the lot parked by the home area and was just screaming at the top of his lungs, unknown why. He did walk inside the store but was still yelling.
