CAT 549, please unconfirmed 30, Kings, on 10th Avenue. Said two male with a mask, grabbed his arm and stole his bag, less than 5 minutes ago. Perp's man on Kings front. Both of them wearing masks, possibly sweats. One had long hair, one had dreads. Unconfirmed.
