For an assault in progress, 3857 Route 31 at the Target, cross of Seagate Road and Bell Center Drive. You can see Tyler Perpjack is wearing a Syracuse hooded sweatshirt, black shorts, was punched by an acquaintance known as Nick, unknown last 30s, white male, no weapons, no intoxication, collar is bleeding, refused an ambulance two times. Suspect is still on scene wearing a black shirt and black shorts, said they are here for a Pokemon drop.
