Units en route to NIST, 250 University Boulevard. Metro advise they received a call outside on the back patio. There's a Black female with a bonnet, blue shirt, black pants, blue shoes, white bag, and a black backpack, taking videos of the employees, threatening to shut them down, no known weapons.
