Walton to Medic 1, you're responding to a fight on Walton Street, cross street to Winoka Road to Ryan Drive. Responding to a 34-year-old male, constant breathing above it. He's short of breath. Also having difficulty speaking between breaths and is clammy. Requesting no lights and sirens.
