1- 113. White City 87, Midville 83 for a drug problem. 87. 83. responding in the area of 7800 South State Street, 20 East. They advised on the bridge by the track station between 78th and 80th. Saw a male smoking something out of tinfoil on that bridge with a timeout of 5 minutes. 30 to 40-year-old Hispanic wearing Native American male, no shirt. Negative weapons.
