MP parking lot, 7th Street, cross of Jenny Avenue. There was a transfer, a WMA, butt-hut, head, sweater around his neck, was burning items at the parking lot. RP was GOA for further. He did advise he thinks the subject was trying to make the fire get bigger. Fire is en route as well.
