Engine 5 en route. Navigation center, 1111 North Main Street. Staff there advised that there's a male outside. Requesting somebody to call an ambulance. Advised he's usually intoxicated. He'll be on the front porch. Did state he had chest pain, was hurting all over. Believes it's a 31-year-old male, unconscious breathing. Unsure medical history. Advised he's always falling over, intoxicated.
