Paul 85, Paul 11. Out at Capitol Avenue and West 15th, Capitol and West 15th, next to the Albany, there's an unknown male hanging around the RP's granddaughter. It's going to be a White male, age about 40s, wearing a shirt and slacks. RP's reporting that the granddaughter doesn't know the male at all, but the male brought the granddaughter.
