PD 12, PD 16, PD 15. PD 15. Check the area of 516 Lowell Street. It'll be right in front of Perfecto's. RP stated that there is a group of boys that look like they're harassing one kid. They stated that they aren't fighting. Just looks like one kid's very uncomfortable.
