33, 454 Cedar Creek. 33, Ramsey and Ozo. 10-4, with a response to a verbal disturbance at Rood Awakening, 227 Hay Street, 227 Hay Street, off Anderson and Maxwell in the Delta sector. Going to be in contact with Eric at this location. It's a reference to a Black male in his 50s, in an orange and red hat, dark shirt, gray pants, causing a disturbance for an employee and customers. Caller also advising that subject urinated in the street. No weapons, nothing further.
