Per fight, subject is a Black male wearing a red shirt, inside of a silver Nissan Altima unknown tag, beating on a female inside the vehicle. The complainant advised subject is armed with a firearm. They're not advising the complainant in the GOA, the victim is still on scene. 24-23.
