1111, 14, 390 theft at the Walgreens, 6401 Frederick Road, 6401 Frederick. It's a male vehicle driving North Paradise Avenue. Complainant said that there is a Black male wearing a brown t-shirt, jeans with shorts underneath. He's taller, and he was stealing. He was in a black SUV. He left the location towards the city. He stole a bunch of body wash and walked out.
