1141, 1145, disturbance near Essex Library, 1110 Eastern Boulevard, 1110 Eastern off of Shellick and Old Eastern. Complainant advising subjects are in the area, harassing the caller and the friends, threatening the caller and is now chasing them. It's a white male, 30, wearing all black and a white female, white female, 30, wearing a red top and jeans.
