3911, I needed to assist on a harassment in progress. 149 West Seneca Street, between Pine and Tyler Court. Laura Kord's calling, regarding her neighbor, Brian, unknown last, 35-year-old white male, verbally harassing the caller from his yard 10 minutes ago. He's now outside, screaming something at the caller. No weapons. He's known to use marijuana.
