Responding down to 38 Crescent Circle, 38 Crescent. It's a vacant house. The caretaker of the property reported that there was a white male, possibly in his early 60s, with a wood, pool-red bag. He came out to the door, never wearing the ring doorbell, wasn't sure why he was there. If you could just check that area and do a location check of the house, make sure everything's okay.
