Copy, suspicious. 409, 92, 9232, Janice Davis. If you'll attach both returns to the car, please. Clear. 3. 7301 Sterling Road, off Fairbanks and Scout. Advising a USCC Sprinter van was driving erratically down the roadway, speeding. Two white females inside, neither in uniform. Last seen headed towards Middle Valley. No license plate on the van.
