Both cars, take a muzzle complaint at 3121 Bedford Ave, 3121 Bedford Ave. Caller states a Black male, 30 to 40-year-old, blue shirt, jeans, has his dog running around without a leash. Dog does not seem aggressive. Caller's upset about this, but states that she is leaving and does not want to speak with officers. 3 Adam 43.
