2 George, going to be a 647, 4318 West Encano Boulevard, across the street from the park. Possible CID situation. Hispanic male, all black clothing, possibly a backpack, or it could be a subject. Complainant can't tell. Sailing down near Single Palm Tree, near 43rd Avenue and Encano, northeast corner of the park. Subject has been there for hours. Complainant thinks she's being hunted.
