1 and 1241 Vista Hill Court at the Vista Park. An RP, Spanish speaking, saying that someone stole his bike and items and that they were following him. No weapons seen. Sounds like the subject was trying to fight the RP. He's, uh, described, we're working on a description and we're getting further.
