430. With 440 on a traffic complaint, it's possibly a hazard that also may be an MVC. 2181 Park Street between Harborside Drive and Park Street ramp, the Park Street bridge. Multiple callers reporting an all-white tractor-trailer backing up on Park Street to avoid hitting the bridge. It's unable to turn around due to the amount of traffic. And we had another caller that states the tractor-trailer actually hit the bridge. 1805.
