Received a, I'll put you on at 2110 South Salina, cross of Wood and Colvin, showing at the Castle. I guess it's a vacant residence or a church. Caller sees a white male in his 40s, red tank top, blue jeans, in and out of the vacant church window. Guess he's using some type of paint buckets, either get in or stand on. No weapons, no shirt, no tox. I'll get you further, show you good.
