There is a tall wall that goes around the baseball diamond there at the school and I see kids running along that -don’t know if that’s the reason for the fall. The wall starts out low and then it goes up to about 6 feet onto hard sidewalk concrete, the fencing around the playground should have an overhanging L shaped piece added to it to not allow kids to go around it
