6007 Highway 153. 6007 Highway 153, off of Stone Ridge and Pine Mar, there at Bailey Manor. Big red, arriving at Hamilton County. Ending mileage is 447. 447. Advise that 80, 1-year-old male, dementia patient, altered mental status, has destroyed property there. Asking to see officers regarding the property damage. It's also assaulting staff members. 70568, 70568.
