Got a neighbor dispute at 1345 McKinley. Complainant's going to be apartment D, as in David. Name is Catherine Scarborough. She states the resident in apartment A, as in Alpha, stole her groceries that were delivered. Looks like this is an ongoing issue. She pressed charges against this person in apartment A just a few days ago and had him arrested.
