Copy, disturbance at, order, 7501 Tidewater. Male subject was previously stolen from the location, his back ailing and cursing at the caller. At the end of the call, the caller did advise the male subject walked away and was last seen walking towards Southern Shopping Center, and then he hung up. Black male, 55 to 60-years-old, black shirt, pants, and black backpack.
