It's a suspicious circ, 475 Buckeye, cross of Valleycroft. RP is advising there was a white truck, no markings, loading materials from the construction site. It was then following the RP, and the driver was irate when the RP asked if he had permission to take the items. She was, she's on foot, and he's back at the location with his truck.
