1 and 3. It's the house directly behind the RP. It should be north of the location. My CAD map shows that 12436 Southeast 302 Place. Correction, 301 Place. One ago at time of call, the female neighbor was burning yard debris. There was a language barrier and the RP yelled at her to put it out. She dumped the ashes in her yard. She'd like PD to talk to her so she doesn't do it again.
