425 Elmwood Court. RP's stating that there are two RC subjects that are inside of his room burning items. We do have a lot of history with him at this address. Yesterday he reported something similar. When we spoke to Manuel yesterday, we found out he's schizophrenic and not taking his medication. RP is home with his mother, his caretaker, and his brother. Engine 1, clear at 912.
